nah pat. you're mistaken. i don't remember because i haven't been into the band world like that. i just came across this clip....yesterday??? excuse me for having a life outside the internet. i posted my "personal" opinion, whether i marched for southern or not. i'm not in the band anymore, but i can still comment and i particularly don't like this clip. i love the tuba run in the beginning, but as far as bands playin other bands fanfares, i'm not a fan....at all
It was a pretty good kick in the face/ disrespect /tease towards SU, just like the BTOB stunt. Id give JSU props for re-exciting a long long living rivialry...

nah...let me clarify something...i don't know what southern played on the field, nor do I care. it coulda been anything else but that fanfare. maybe i'm the only one that feels like this, but i personally don't believe in playing fanfares that are someone elses staple. swoop is one thing. fanfare #2 is another. if southern played yallz fanfare on the field, i don't care for that either. m4, genesis, and fanfare #2 are staples for their respected schools. i don't care how good it sounds. i personally don't care to hear this anymore....yeah, i'm salty, lol
lol... Yall need to make up yall mind... either its bad or good.. but to the people that say this sound bad just have pride issues... this is a 5 sec fanfare and people callin horrible like its a song... if this sound bad, SU sound bad on it also.. keep it real for a change
