Ha! I was at this game I think this is one of Da K's biggest year and the old band teacher from John Mac was filling for Dr. Harris, he was out for health reason. No one touched the K that year. The 4 was loud and sound bad.

We were not even worried about the K that year because that was the turning point for the 4, we were big just like the K and we had gd players too, everyone over blow sometimes, yes even the K, please Kennedy u guys would have more sound if u stop putting people in the stans with no instrument just to look big, yes we all know.
Well I can speak on the behalf of myself and I come from Fortier and can play damn good, I arrange all of my cadences on sheet music which means I can read music and there aren't too many drummers who can say that in N.O.
Gregory, Phillips, Bell,Capdau, Colton,Livingston.Live Oak, Fannie C, Mc#28 and more all contributed to make Kennedy's band what it was. I went 2 Phillips and i know for a fact that Gregory sent way more band members 2 da "K" than any other school. So no Bell did not make the "K" by itself. And i hate to admit it our Bands aint for real no more dog! These kids have no discipline, focus or drive and thats that!!!
kentrell u still hating i remember bell made kennedy band the band teacher stayed at bell trying to get the kids to come there instead of the aug r fortier what made kennedy was bell the crusaders gave kennedy a good band and whoever didnt go to bell had to catch up i know u was the 1 who had to catch up stop hating b a part of the black culture u sound like them hating crackers this site is to help show the world the new orleans marching bands r for real and with comments like u say it dont help stay black kentrell
Man we could not be touched by nobody that year and no other year! Fortier? Who? loud nasty sounding fish trash! LOL ! Obviously the person who said this must have not gone to the game. Everyone in New Orleans know the K was nothin to play with. We played Sadie that game and fortier sat down the whole day after that! Fortier! LMAO! they need to learn how to play the right notes before talkin about blowin somebody out! LOLOLOL!!!!!
Dis my junior yr, @ da "K". & no we didn't get crushed ask anybody dat went to dis game... Fortier sounded horrible on every song they played.You better watch this whole game not jus funkdafied & before i let go. then tell me if u thnk da "K" got crushed !!! Lol Ftroop never worried us...
