    WOW. Now that's a PRE-KATRINA sounding New Orleans band!! Never would I have thought I would see a day when marching band UNDERDOGS (pre-Katrina) like Mcmain and Karr would rise up and become new forces in this city. This year and next year will be CRUCIAL for these two bands...
