  they recently opened back up in 2008 in this video there using high schoolers and college students the trumpets beastin are 4rom redan the tubas that are beastin are from miller grove lol

  They have recently (within the past month) re-applied for FULL accreditation. Hopefully, they will get it. They are also currently receiving federal student aid to assist students with their education. They've been graduating students EVERY year since they "closed down" back in '03 (From what I was told by MoB students and Alumni) and some of them have gone as far as to receive doctorates from other accredited institutions. I graduated from Morehouse, but I have soooo much love for ALL the schools in the AUC including MoB. Most people don't comprehend WHY MoB is so crucial as an institution and why that pride is so strong at MoB. Especially in the band. If anybody can comeback from such a blow it's MoB... and they WILL be back. What I love the most is that they have maintained their identity in the process. Long live MoB and the AUC!

  They did....some departments still have it. but for the most part yes the school still doesn't have full accreditation.

  didnt they loose their accredidation?  what would be the purpose of attending morris brown now?  they sound okay for their sound...
