I've heard a lot of different arrangements of Bell Biv Devoe's 'When Will I See You Smile Again' over the years, I've always liked Morgan's version better tho :- )

morgan is really not that bad they jus get no exposure at all if u actually watch them against nsu or hampton they actually perform very well! them tubas are no joke tho msu best year had to be 07, but 04 was straight too but this clip is not bad just need to sit in the band an get sectioals an this song would be a beast!
you're right, it is Morgan tho lol in recent years they have only been but so good.. They've had their above average years, but you pretty much already know what you're gonna get from them... Imagine if a band like Norfolk or Howard were to play this arrangement, they would murder it!!!!!
