Nice! Lol @ NewOrleansDiesel. Yeah man, NOPS we did our own thing, while St. Aug,SWD, and JSU did there thing. It cut down on attendance for both events.
as 35 arch rival, I hate to admit it but 35 did get in tha stands and shut down shop that night. Yall was tha only band goin back & forth w/ LLI. Carver caught them marching out tha stadium too. That might have been tha most hostile/best band enviornment LLI was ever in...and Garrett u right, tha only thing missing that night was us (St. Aug). I remember tha next year we did this BOTB but every other school in Orleans Parish did tha other BOTB @ tha Lakefront arena on tha same night (which was my senior year), I was pissed lol
WoW...35...are you serious??? Once we got in the stands we shut shop on the hole stadium...nobody...NOBODY tuched us that night! Our first song was "I Like It" andthat 1st note turned heads!
It was the best, well in our ERA it was the best. I remember us(Marshall) marching in and everything. We Practiced at Carver and a few other places for this. We were the only middle school and we did our thing and after this we got love from everybody. The only thing this BOTB was missing was St.Aug, if they would have came it would have been the best by far. Also this was my first time seeing JSU and LLI in person and i was very impressed. Loved Secret Garden by JSU
Hands down I must say that this was the best n.o. botb ever....I was so young when this happened...I could remember gettn there late bcuz my fam couldnt find tad gormely stadium
