you probably didn't see the footage from Reed's band room in 2004... TSU's band director taught them the music to songs he had written for Texas Southern ..
The Arranger of the Music does what ever he wants with it... I.E. Johnnie Harris wrote "Is it A Crime" way in 94 while at SU, he gave it to Rawlins in 97, Both Kennedy and Carver played it in 1999... North Carolina A&T Played it in 2003 ... Same Arrangement
