To be honest, i've ALWAYS read comments of SU's tubas, that you couldn't hear the, but I heard them... Just saying.......... I was their live, and i know what i've heard and seen, i'll give it to SU. I was on TxSU's side and everyone was dissapointed at the end, TxSU got BLOWNED out....

great jobs both bands!! best battle of the season in the midst of a very lackluster yr....a match up like this was needed and neither band disappointed...cudos to txsu 4 keepin their identity and not tryin to match watt 4 watt...imo txsu the legit # 2,arguably #1 band in the swac...both hav as more of the total package than any otha band in the swac..as good in the stands as they are on the field backed wit tons of energy and excitement

@ Charles: Right! Some people will never break free of the past. Hello!! It's 2011, almost 2012...times have changed, more woodwinds were added! Different generation of students! Of course the "sound" will change a bit. Live and adjust to it!
