  @ PVSax99 its called ManDown By Rihanna...i just realized that PV's percussion wasn't playing during the march....not a good look....

  No lie!  TxSU's execution of their march was better than PV's (PV's percussion was.  What was the name of that song TxSU played after the march?  It sounds like a familiar Duke Ellington piece.  Anyway...good stuff!!!

   

  PV!!!!  I like that yall are bringing out marches FINALLY!!!!!  But this is how I feel about PV and marches...if they ain't perfect (and by "perfect", I mean "PERFECT"), leave them in the bandroom until they are perfect (where was the Percussion section during these marches??????).  If ALL the parts aren't being played perfectly, others will exploit it and magnify it.  Keep at it though!!!!  I was pleasantly surprised to hear them.

  Personally I think after hearing JSU play marches no other SWAC team should play them. No one actually uses real musicianship and marches shows that ability. Both did a good job but it never seems like enough time is spent on learning real music. Its seems like the band director just hands the music and says play it so we can get to the cranking. Yes "the process" is important but think about spending less time trying to cross someone and actually teach music. MEAC outshines SWAC in this field. Musicianship is alot better than just playing loud and sounding bad.

  u need to quit talking and get a life. if the Ocean is so bad, then y are u listening to all the clips and coming to our games? don't get upset that u wouldn't be able to make it in the Ocean. You would only drown boy
