i also know that it doesnt require all that bending down to play a high note.no part of that note comes from yo knees.what do you do when you are marching.not hating and i also understand showmanship so maybe thats what it was cause you were on camera.and also i know all bands do this but that doesnt make it worth doin.

i got u.im a trumpet player and a damn good 1 still not like i was in high school or college but still better than most of what i've seen in this day of trumpet players.i know what agood trumpet section sounds like and i also know what a bad 1 sounds like.now i dont really prefer j.state tpet section cause usually they die out during the course of a game but this year they were strong pretty much all game and year.speaking as a tpet player they are the best i've seen in 08.and thats usually my focus at a game because thats my horn

I've seen that from jsu/su/alasu this year, some people wait on notes, it happens in every band! I think these bands just have people that are designated to hit the high notes. Now, this dosen't mean that these guys can't play, it's just their way or style of playing. Greg, you need to go over to marchingsport and call off ya boi, sutrpt 96, or 420.. somethin. He's not like you, you gave compliments, he is completly against anything jsu, I enjoy bands in general, so i can give su/alasu/nsu/famu compliments.
