  Thanks for the history lesson RORY....LOL.. and you aint lying about the chilly thing its very creepy but everytime I eat there that song is on.... I ate there this weekend and there it was jamming when I came threw the door....HA!

  and the TUBA's are supposed to be playing during the bridge, and they're not doing it either. But you know what, that's what happens when you don't rehearse.

  I heard it at Chili's during that summer and thought "hmm, that's a drill tune right there!" lol. I voiced the trombones on top and the Baritones on the bottom so the Baritones could take it up at the end. They just didn't do it, i'm guessing the High Schoolers didn't know to or couldn't. And I got on the Trombones cause theres a 3rd part thats not even getting played, plus the split parts on the Trumpets during the chorus that aren't getting played. Fix that Marcus. LOL
  
  But TxSU definetly puts more ENERGY into the song.

  Actually Al, I wrote it way before TSU played it nor the All-Star Band Played it. I passed it out to PV first in 06, before anyone else started playing it. Carry on.

  Same here bruh.. I almost lost ALL hope in this site... everybody's bashing.. For what?!? an Opinion is an Opinion... It holds as much credit as you give it... But yeh, you marched at Smiley.. shiid You know what time it is then.. but we had sectionals with the high schoolers.. thats about all though... everyone couldnt fit in the band hall....lol.. when we marched back after the game the percussion had to stay outside.. if the band really gets that big then... a new band hall is in order... but all in all.. we wanted to give the High School students a chance to play with a collegiate band... and although we didn't get a chance to practice with them in full band, they somewhat stepped up to the plate... And it was a BANG of students that signed the roster to march for next season so.. it wasnt a complete loss.. It's an annual event now, so im pretty sure it will be better next year....

  Well yeah I know Gordon he was my high school band director......LOL.... and I know what he can do.... Im not saying I dont like like Roys arrangment.. I just think Brocks is better.. thats all.. and yeah the trombone thing is just me being that I play trombone.....LOL... But I thought Gordon was going to have pratice with the high school befor the game so he could get things right.. because we were one of the bands invited.. but didnt go because of the northforest botbs.. never the less I guess it just takes time for the storm to get were they need to be..... but the high school thing bad idea.... with out praticing that is.....AHH IT FEELS GOOD TO TALK TO GROWN FOLKS..
