  • im not ashamed of "hbcu bands". not all bands haze to this degree. i amagine that there is a little bit of hazing in all bands. from holding a ninety too long to running laps. but there is a line between hazing and teaching discipline and brotherhood. that line is not soo thin.  i grew up only 45 minutes from this school. FAMU has a long tradition of intense hazing.

  • @ Donterris, the day has come where it has been taken to far....it never should have gotten this far....im so ashamed of HBCU bands right now, because famu is not the only band that participates in such senseless acts

  • this is why people calll show band ghetto and they don't have since this hazing stuff is dumb you never know the day that you might take it to far

  • @D.King Bruh this shit crazy, idk him but I look at every band like one big family! We are a family bruh, this shit here is STUPID!!!!!!!

  • @ Dre, i feel u bruh....i didnt even know dude, but my heart cant help but feel heavy..this should not have happened

  • Mane this brought tears to my eyes!!! Smh, this is telling every hbcu to wake up and put a end to all this hazing ish!!!

  • to hell with those involved in this tragedy...i was thinking of the innocent bandsmen who may loose their education due to this....i pray that justice be served in a timely fashion...those who choose to keep quiet with damming information, may God have mercy on their souls

  • FAMU's program will feel the affects for years and they should. One should never die because of band hazing. Can't be to sympathetic towards them right now because they should have known better. Hell they just had 30 people kicked out prior. I'm praying for the Champion Family for the most part and once this anger passes FAMU will be next.

  • @ RJ i just dont know...i am in somewhat utter shock, but i knew it was bound to happen because it has been going on for years and years with no end in sight...the Champion family is in my prayers first and foremost, but i also hope that this doesnt destroy FAMU's music program...some ppl on here know i how felt about MBC loosing their program and i dont think i can stand to witness another great promising program suffer the same fate, however, under different circumstances

  • I feel yall, it never should have got to this. How could one hurt and kill their own? smh
