Also, why can't I exercise my right to comment on a band battle? I didn't and haven't made any derogatory comments about any musical groups (non-college bands). I feel that one band performed better on one clip of a battle then I have the right to state that. Also as a music educator I definitely have the knowledge and right to make the aforementioned observations.
