I wish the other half on here..when it was Mcmain, scotlandville n shaw..shaw ran outta songs very fast but hey good battle n thanks book on the comment on SLV Tubas...
Scootlandville lost that whole battle. I guess when someone take's a hard hit like that the good side would be to make new networks. it's all good Scottlandville..live and learn!
Our btones are most definitely out of tune. I have 5 btone players playing on 4 different brand of btones, most of which have been heavily damaged over the years. Lack of funding is one of the factors that hurt the tonation of a band. Shaw's band has everyone playing on the same brand of instrument which gets rid of a lot of tonation issues. I am hoping to have this issue corrected with in the next year or so. Like is said before, we were in New Orleans for the experience and to build bridges to get us over some large obsticales hendering us from reaching our full potential. It was a great experience and we had a great time networking with other schools.
