I agree with Realist. I think the 08 group has improved a lot, and has come a LONG way from the 07 dolls, but they still have a ways to go.

Im sorry, i just watched that dance feature again, it was alright until they tried to be technical, it just does not fit them. They are not trained enough, and it shows. There were bent knees in every single jete' that i could see clearly. And what was that double kick line with that karate kick over...please go back to the old 2002 dolls that did them and did not try to look like ODC...I hate to say it but its true.

What is going on with the dolls? Too many tricks (notice I didn't say technique) results in slop and clutter. I have seen much better from this squad this year, I was not impressed, the technique was as we say in the dance world...shotty. But the band was on point, as always.

FAMU is an overrated big woodwind assemble who tries to intimidate with size.50 tubas(do ALL 50 REALLY play)should knock you out your seats.I went to S.C.S.U. and played tuba I would put our 20 back then up against there 50 anyday.And I was at S.U./G.S.U. B.O.T.B.Southern MAN HANDLED them.

What Damn Show was you watching GSU's show was boring I was going to sleep during there show hell even when both bands spelled obama u could see who was the best when GSU did only a few people cheered but when su did it the entire stadium lite up. SU took both the BOTB and Halftime.

After watching both band videos, I hate to say it to the Jukebox but the better band at halftime this Bayou Classic was the World Famed. (Cant beleive Im saying that either) Of course, SU had the sound but GSU had an overall better show, Better drill, better dance routine etc.

Oh and Ray Nelson I'm pretty sure they can dance and play at the same time, they just choose not to.
