great job band, like I told Mr. Charles at the game, he's got a special group to be that young and still execute as well as they did, but the most credit definately goes to the director Mr. Charles and assistant Mr. Conner, their leadership added to to those kids dedication really paid off, Im very excited to see what this program could evolve in to.

The best kept secret is Baton Rouge is now out. Bands beware!!! Congrats once again to these kids and I look forward to seeing huge things come from them in the coming years.

oh SHYT!!!!!!!!!! look at SU Lab.i remember them days when they use to march 100+.its good to seem them stepping back on the scene..

I marched at Lab from 82-85. Back then Knighen(now at SU) was our band director. Durning that time, Lab marched 80 on the field and was a force to be reckoned with. It is great to see the program making a comeback.

Its was crazy watchin video jus now... as i was walkin to room lookin at new vids from here on my iphone i said 2 myself wow this is about to be another video that jus makes look back and say wow look how far the Lab has fallen but for some reason it wouldnt work on my iphone so i rushed to my laptop it was far from wat i expected... you have me very proud rite now...its good to kno that all the money we put into that program yrs ago did not go to waste... i kno wat ur workin wit there i marched for Lab for about 7yrs...i really cant even think of words to describe how good it felt watchin this...i kno one thing it made me look down at this old band sweatshirt i jus happen to have on and smile... i can tell u will do great things with my Alma Mater..Keep up the GREAT work

This is highly impressive! For elementary and middle school students to be performing at a highschool level is outstanding...I see a bright future for this program...Keep it up!!!

Very impressive Mr. Charles! I heard that SU Lab was in the makin. I'm sure looking forward to seeing and hearing more from them. I always thought that the lab schools both at Southern and Grambling prepared students for the main University's band. I can certainly see the connection with SU Lab and SU. Keep up the good work Lab School!
