SouthernUniversity Band Camp 2009 Field Show

We posted on this earlier, but I will tell you what I think. I love to see kids learnin to drill for real. As you can see though for sum people this Drillin thing is not easy. You have to concentrate on you maneuvers as well as the song you are playing.
Better than most colleges even with the mess ups.

Well it takes time but everyone has to get the same style of marching, swinging, flashes, etc. You must exert and push yourself with more energy to march high and play at the same time, you may think your marching but when you look at yourself on DVD your like" I aint marchin as high as I thought"

Now these critiques must not be taken too hard because remember it takes dang near half a football season of shows for crabs in college to get the style right on the field, and you all are just in highschool.

Spacing needs to be better within the squads(2 step spacing).

U must drive(march) higher when charging out on the field, and when that Mark Time comes you get em up even higher, and point them toes. (got to keep the spacing)
