  But yeah, I've known of Rice never marching. I don't know if you ever heard of Alief Kerr's band, but Rice and Kerr pretty much have the same thing going on. Its more of a concert and musical production thing going on with their programs.

  So...Rice's band don't march Now?...I remember seeing EVERY Texas college marching band (except PV) doing halftime shows one year at the Dome for Oilers home games (showing my age)...and don't they go to the Thanksgiving parade every year anyways?
  Wheatley is now under capable hands....I don't know what was going on over there before.....
