Actually we move up three years ago to 18’s, also the CRASH CREW is about quality not quantity. We have many people that audition or try to come up on cymbals every year, but because our style and what we do most people don’t last; you can ask anyone in the 100 and they’ll tell you hand’s down cymbals is the hardest instrument to come up on in our band. And yes we only have four but we’re still heard over a 60 piece percussion section and a 450 piece band, we hold it down being the only cymbal section to do what we do

well last year wen i went to the Florida Classic they had 16's but it looks like dey upgraded to 18's now lol
but they are real good when you see them in person they do alot with their cymbals cuz dey small!

This is like watching a huge Alabama St. drumline.... and that drum section is too big to have just 4 cymbals.
