@ Charles Berbers, and Phoenician are black! The berbers were the black and indigenous people who lived in mountains of north africa, while the phoenicians were the indigenous black people of modern day Syria, Israel, and Lebanon, who were also the fore fathers of ancient greece.

About the question of "where are the black people"...Most Algerians are and have been Berbers, and Phoenician descent(somewhat related to Egyptians). "Black" is actually a very "relative" term when describing people from any part of the CONTINENT of Africa.....
