I'm glad they played with control in that house. Rather than blowing the walls down. Churches don't always have young ears that can handle the typical power of SU....so they did what they had to do to balance that out. Some pitches missed in there, but other than that, balance was pretty nice and they didn't get out of control in there. Great to see another band besides us playing in a church.
@ 2:24 when the piece starts, there seems to be confidence issues and lack of attack on the first note. The Sousaphones were the only ones who made the attempt to come in on the first beat... Intonation and phrasing is a bit poor, however I would have like to feel them express "Total Praise" in the church setting, allowing the spirit to flow and move...
