  So just forget the repeat signs then ... smh... also you all are miss the 1st and 2nd Trumpet part.  the parts u are hearing are the cornet parts

  I must say that it was not clean at all, like really.....There was a gazillion piccolos on the FRONT row and I only heard 3 and they were quite mediocre, and the others weren't even fingering the notes, might I add....the lower brass sounded like complete mud (long tones normally work) ...the tubas were not sticking at all...now i've attached a clip that they might wanna take a few notes and listen carefully, u can hear all the parts.....so basically if J.P. Sousa were alive, he would probably do himself in after hearing the improper phrasing and intonation produced by the Human Puke-BOX!!!!
