man sam u need help bruh that like ppl tellin a boxer ok we know u got the jab and the uppercut but besides that show us something else.why do southern need to show u any more when what we got is workin just fine.still knockin em out year after year and they know what we comin with but still can't defend against it

Southern...
We understand the fact that you are powerful, but show us somethin else besides volume. Show us that you can play in tune with good technique, balance, and power at the same time. This is why I say Tennessee got it hands down all day baby!!!!

I guess I feel different about alot of things being posted because I think both bands did great. You have two bands that are the standard of all bands and also the along with Florida A & M, Jackson State, and Grambing State started it all. But my concern is that people don't give TSU the respect that they deserve. Maybe because the popular thing is to be powerful, loud, and krank but being balanced, musicial, and playing things that are not the radio or 106 park makes TSU sorry.Don't get me wrong, i love SU more than most and I can put it out there that most bands are trying to be like them But they can't so stop. But to me TSU is a better fit due to the fact that they can play anything from krank song, ballads, to classic peices, themes, jazz standard, and more. Any when they play them, they play them in charater with the style and not the character to whats loud. The battle to me was even, there was no better band, and both bands did there thing. But hating on something that you don't agree with or don't understand makes you a true hater but to have a opinion on is something total different.

Well they are playing some new songs this year and i'm sorry to be the one to let ya know, but SU is gonna play certain songs every year. they go play do watcha wanna and i remember and get it on and neck every year. But i know this year they got some new stuff just from listn to these clips: my my my, take you down, and some others i can't recognize yet, but SU go be SU

I must say, when Mr. Jackson took over a few years ago, I was totally excited. You saw a different energy, and it just seemed refreshing, now a few years later, it seems like everything os being repeated. The same ole songs, year after year, especially, Do Whatcha Wanna. C'mon Jukebox, you have what everyone would love to have as far as sound, and appearance but there are farrrrrrr too many songs over the years to be played, instead of having us (diehard fans) listen to the same songs year after year, over and over. C'monnn.....
