    I noticed that the captain keeps looking back to see if the dancers on the last row are finished before she starts a new count. Apparently she does not know the timing of every new count. Jerm and Shontavia never had this problem. She neeeds to learn to take more control. She seems like she is not sure and needs guidance. Perhaps she is just nervous cause it is the first game.
