    good stuff...the GREAT 1970s when damn near every HBCU band had their own identity...

    .this was when Tenn St was 1 of the TOP 5  HBCU bands in the land............Tenn St,Texas Southern,Grambling St,Florida A&M and Southern U ruled the band world during the '70s !!

    Or could it be that FAMU took it from TSU. My old HS BD who marched for TSU in the late 70's said that FAMU got it from them. I never believed him but never said anything to defend it cause I had no proof til now. Now IDK...who really started what first??
