Most of the other SWAC schools are all getting sponsors... BOTH TxSU and ASU have been known to just be loud, but BOTH bands have improved tremendously with their sound quality! TxSU shows that numbers don't matter (was dissappointed with yall not playing much, but hey)... What made ASU's halftime show so bad oposed to TxSU's??? Without having a real pregame and the 1 and done 5th was a big dissappointment though!

Exactly what I was thinking!! What do some of these other bands think they sound like... ASU sound has improved tremendously for the better!! At this point I think is a matter of follow the leader when it come to critiquing them now based on a few past years when the sound wasn't as clean, for lack of better words. So is Bama State the only swac band that doesn't have all the same brand of instruments?

Oh yeah...you folks at TXSU arent known for being the cleanest either. Ive noticed improvement from you guys on the JSU clips this year, but dont get carried away. If any other band has a rep for being loud and not that clean its TXSU!!

@DT Classic....I agree with you, but its a completely different staff with a completely different mindset.. Some of the people in front of the band and working with the band are from this newer generation of MMH. I dont have a problem with Minnie Me as a person but I never thought he had enough experience to be an arranger and director on a collegiate level. Its like he went from marching one year to in front the next. I think they need more people on staff from the 90's era. I love my band but one thing I wont do is be blinded by pride. With that said, I dont think they sound as bad as people always say but work is needed.

honestly this whole game was a dud. This was our worst game of the season no lie. But bammer wasnt too much better....their field show was the WORST i have ever seen live from a collegiate band....as far as the 5th both bands sound ehhhh.....and i march for txsu....so no im not hating...idk y but we didn't play during the game....as a student we couldnt do shit about that...

asu all day jsu save there lips for the 5th and texas only had mellows tbones were weak as hell

I HATE that we keep playing that song for 5th quarter its NOT like Bad Romance from 2010 it is not a WOW song and its sounding bad the more and more we play it
