    a for effort is about the only thing..i'm sorry but with a band that small the director the director has more time to focus more on each student.The playing skills of each student should be better.they have enough pride to stick with the program so there should also be enough pride to be better on you instrument..this director is gettin paid to do nothing im sorry.

    A+  for effort...........Nice..better than many Larger Marching Bands(both Corp & Showstyle) nationwide !!
