It was a good drill. But keep in mind, SU field shows look a certain way for a one reasons, tempo. The tempo was just a little slow for a down field drill, and they weren't picking up their feet. The key to any down field drill is tempo because it establishes drive, so the band has no choice but to march down the field with a knee bend to keep with the tempo. Also, some of the music was a little shaky, but they are good. I just need to see who got 1st, and 2nd to honestly say if this deserved 3rd place. But this is nothing to hold you heads down about, you all drilled.
