ok so the boombox classic passed now wat i think might be the game of the week this week the uapb vs jsu game....what are your thoughts about this upcoming game?

Where is the game? UABP gets a chance to establish themselves as a contender or a pretender. Will JSU jave enough left after the epic Southern Battle? JSU does not get a break, Southern, UABP, then Texas Southern. What a schedule.
uapb is a good band
txsu just play a lot of the billboard top 100 songs and they be krunk wiht it. but their sound is nothing to be compared to jsu/su/uapb.
the jsu vs uapb battle should be good. both bands sound good as hell this year.

Alcorn State vs.Miss Valley State in Lorman
Grambling State vs. Alabama A&M in Grambling
Jackson State vs. Arkansas-Pine Bluff in Jackson
Rutgers vs. Texas Southern - TBA
My knock on TxSU is consistency, but TxSU usually steps there game up in the sound department when there is another heavyweight band across the field.

Thats true, and I can see why... but then again, this is exactly why SU is such an honored program... No matter who they face they always treat them the same... They play with this pissed off attitude and it shows with every battle... If the OCEAN would buckle down and take that approach, I think their consistency would improve... That's not to say that The Ocean aint crackin heads this season... BUT the rest of the season, I believe we will see them at their best... JSU, VALLEY, UAPB, SU... wow...
