The All-American Battle of the Bands will feature bands from across the greater Houston area and beyond in the 2014 edition of our contest. The bands will be split into 3 categories, with the winner of EACH category receiving $1000 and $500 to the 2nd place group. The best auxiliary of the day (twirlers, dancers, and colorguard) will judged collectively awarded $500 for the best presentation. Performing this year will be Sterling, Kashmere, La Marque, Royal, Sam Houston, Worthing, and Furr,
with defending champs Yates and Hightower. Middle school bands performing will be Thomas MS and Ortiz MS. The elementary division features Atherton Elementary and defending champ The Rhodes School.
Tickets are $10 presale and can be purchased from the schools participating or logon to our facebook page, Step Correct Houston for ticket details. $15 at the door.
