Introducing the head band director of Dominguez Hills High School and the head band director of City Sound Ms. Lolita Carter. Coach Carter is from Los Angeles, CA and received her education in music from out west. Dominguez Hills is one of the few show marching bands in the state of California and City Sound is a Drum and Bugle Corp group that competes DCI.
