The MLK  Battle Of The Bands Competition Will Be Held @ Houston's Joe Kelly Butler Stadium On January 21, 2013 Immediately Following The MLK Grande Parade Beginning Promptly @ 4:00 PM And Will Consist Of 12 Nationally Acclaimed And Award Winning Marching Bands From Across The Nation. Talladega College "Marching Tornadoes" Marching Band Will Perform In Exhibition @ The 12 Annual MLK Battle Of The Bands .
