The Peach State All-Star Battle of the Bands, which is scheduled for Saturday, July 14, 2012, 5:00 - 9:00pm, at the Lucy Craft Laney Stadium. . We are excited to have the opportunity of hosting this event. We strive to provide an educational, entertaining and positive experience for one and all. There will be performances by All-Star bands from within the CSRA, as well as other All-Star bands from Georgia, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Mississippi. There will also be amazing performances by special guest college bands and artists this year. This annual event will also provide excellent recruiting opportunities for our band students with college/university band directors. Past as well as present students we have aided have represented Richmond County School Systems and Richmond County very well at various competitions throughout the county, throughout the state of Georgia, as well as at competitions around the country. They were all dedicated students who diligently worked hard to improve their musical skills. |
