How does a band grow to be a quality music program instead of a bunch of horn holders and drum carriers?All Austin HS Band Leaders must attend this week long training session to learn how to adequately lead your peers and build our program. You will learn teaching techniques and ways to retain members of the band over the course of the years. You will learn how to think outside of this Box known as "Texas Bands".It is mandatory for ALL LEADERSHIP POSITIONS. You dont come, you lose your position and will not be allowed to challenge for your spot back
