My name is Rhamarcus Lee and I am the trombone section leader at Mississippi Valley State University. I am trying to build a great section as well as an EXCELLENT band! I have been doing some heavy recruiting and mostly for the following sections: tubas, trombones, & trumpets. My goal, for my section, this year, is to have at least 25 trombones. You don't have to be a maestro on there, but I want at least decent players that truly WANT to get better. Our goal for a trumpet section is at least 30 and for tubas is at least 18-20. The good thing is that there may be full scholarships available. I wouldn't doubt it. We don't practice long at all. You will have plenty of time to have a college life, even as a freshman. We would love to have you as a member of the Mean Green Marching Machine. There is more info listed below.
