The Boot -vs- The River BOTB

I Heard That Either On Jan 21 or 22nd there will be a BOTB in Batan Rouge, LA and I desire to know all participants. I Heard Its Comprised If Lousiana High School Bands (The Boot) & Mississippi High School Bands (The River). Will It Be Other Bands From Other States Do Any One Know The Details

I Know The Greenville Weston High School "Solid Gold" Marching Band Will Be There From Greenville, MS.
