just listen to part 2 holding you down vs panty drop, i prefer holding you down in this round the entire band was feature in this song with panty dropper you didn't really pay attention until the baritones hit that high note to catch everyone's attention it was loud too can't lie about that. bitter sweet vs golden time of day, golden time of day is a great song when played with it's genre but southern played a current song and it was answered with a olddie but goodie lol the problem i have with golden time of day is once the baritones stop playing in the opening measure and pass the song to the trumpets and f-horns it collapses don't be bias just listen to it. My my my vs piece of my love j-state got that crowd was into it and everything that's yall brag away.Something happen on the way to heaven vs just got paid this was a horrible song selection for j-state you don't answer a trumpet feature with a song where the baritones over power the trumpets nothing was wrong with the song it was just a bad choice not to mention everyone has heard just got paid su played a song that very few have ever heard but will definitely leave a lasting impression. J-state had some good songs and won a couple of rounds but overall it goes to the jukebox the only thing carrying J-state is the baritone and tuba section su's entire band can stand on their own two feet that's why every section had a song that featured them then they had a song that featured they entire band and im gone time for class ROO!!!!!!!!!
seems like your ready was a good song selection but i'm not sure if it was the arrangement or execution but it needs to be cleaned up esp the btones and fhorns in the last section
If they did add more members that just oes to show you that Su is and will always be j-stank superior. If you cant hold it down with what you have, then why even bother. Just my opinion.

just finished watching all this shat and some old school boom footage to hear how some of there older songs used to sound (i.e. keep watching, just got paid) I'll save my comment on that comment for later lol
in my opinion song selection was not a factor in this battle from the zero to the 5th. besides part 1 of the footage... ah eff it my opinion does not matter
however I don't wanna pay money and drive from new orleans to see a band get kicked out of a stadium, I wanna see a battle. I'd rather the bds agree on a 15 and out than to kick 1 band out during the battle but thats just me

I stood behind both bands, in the horseshoe, and on the other side of the stadium to get a real good feel of both bands
