Marching In Livingston's Band Uniform, This Unit was a Combo of over
100 students from Two New Orleans Middle schools (Mentioned Above) as
an effort to create a program that would be somewhat of an All-Star
Feeder Program for the many High Schools in The City of New Orleans.
Unfortunately that did not Continue.
After Katrina, Edward Livingston is now a High School and Edward H
Phillips is nolonger a School.
