@Mr. Scales. Yes Sir! I miss these days too, bruh. I didn't realize how good these bands were until I compared them with the bands of today. You're right E, "the young band heads really need to see this."
@TBoneSuave, St. Aug was across the field and Kennedy was up close. This was a great battle. Please post the 1st half too, because both bands played some good songs. The K and Aug were pretty equal in sound that year, which made this a battle of the books. Kennedy had a book that appealed more to your average N.O. bandhead, but St. Aug had a book that appealed more to old heads. In other words, it was about preference. If you prefer listening to music that sounds like SU, than you probably liked Kennedy better. However, both bands had great sound and were pretty equal in volume.
